The other day, after our office floor was renovated and we were taking a look at the newly build cubicles, something unusual caught my attention. This was the use and throw cutleries made from potato starch. These are also know as biodegradable products. These are supposed to be environment friendly. I was wondering if this is the case then why not everybody else in this world use it. What I found out that there are several reasons to this.
1. These products do cost more than the normal plastic made items and people hardly think of environment when it comes to money.
2. Some people have allergies to the way it smells differently. Definitely this looks like a valid point as allergy is a very common problem here.
But irrespective to these known causes, I was happy to learn that our admin guy gave it a try to use these products for the first time. Hope we would continue to be environmental friendly….

i want time ’14:11:04′ from timestamp through query.

If you need only time, you can probably try the following;
SELECT time;
To answer your question you should do something like this.
SELECT CAST(VaideeshTime as time(0)) from timestamp;
VaideeshTime
——–
14:11:04
