In Life, certain things comes easy and free of cost, but takes away a whole lot of our savings in terms of health, finance, goodwill, hardwork  and more. One such startling subject is “Anger”. As you know there is a famous phrase goes as “Well Begun is Half Done”. And if you start anything with your wrath, the above phrase would read as “Ill Begun is Completely Done”, because there would hardly be anything left out to finish. So the very basic fact to beware of when you are enraged is to keep yourself away from getting into any task; like driving, calling up a frined, writing an email, talking to someone you do not know and the list goes on.So how to control your anger, how to make sure you are at your cool,  even if something happens unwanted. Lets find out some interesting facts as to why and how we get into this wrong impulse.

One of the basic and fundamental thing to observe the situation when you loose your temper. Are you in a situation which is out of your control, like waiting for someone and the person is not showing up, want to reach early and stuck in a traffic congestion, trying to explain something but the person at the other end is not receptive, someone(including you) has done a mistake which can not be irreversible and the list goes on…One common symptom present in all these situations and that is “It is beyond your control”, you are helpless. Yes, “Helplessness”, this is the most influencing factor in one’s peevishness. Not only we feel helpless we also feel handicapped and frustrated which leads to anger. As mentioned before to reduce the risk when you are at your highest of spirit, do NOT do the following.

1. Do not drive. Driving in lost temper is far more dangerous than driking and driving.

2. Do not make any decision. 90% of decisions made with anger are unproductive.

3. Do not respond to an mode of communication (face to face, email,phone etc). Remember, you might forget what you have said but you surely remember what others have said to you, same formula applies when you say something to others.

4. Do not Start eating or drinking. You might end up taking too much.

There are also ways you can completely avoid your anger, of course these are not easy to adopt but surely possible.

1. Set your expectation realistically. Too much of expectation kills the party, so limit your expectation as much as possible. When you set it based on certain assumption let the other party aware of this.

2. Start observing yourself, what you do,say and act during this unfriendly session, possibly record it. If you look back later you would laugh on yourself.

3. Think of the repercussions, this helps a lot.

4. Are you a fan of any celebrity, just think whether you would get cross with them in any situation.

5. We always loose temper on people who are weaker than us, can we do the same with someone stronger.

Remember even if you loose your anger, this is not going to improve the situation but we are humans and we do have emotions and this is the very reason we get into all sorts of problems. For a moment, just close your eyes and take a few deep breaths and you would see everything is under control. But we do not  even think about it. Life is always Beautiful, it is entirely upon us to keep this ever Charming.
