I thought, its been a few days since I blogged something but when I look back, 2 years have passed. Time flies, like Jet or Super Sonic. As because it does not stop, it speeds faster than everything. Well, not all will agree with me but truth is that, Tortoise had won the race.

So this is New Year again, time to open the notepad and write down resolutions, start exercise every morning, connect with all the near and dear ones, eat healthy food, read some long unfinished books, check bank balance, credit card statement, get married, have baby and the list goes on. Most of us do this again and again and enjoy doing this but at the same time, appreciate(I guess) others by saying “you know what, you need to change”.

Recently, we were talking about this movie called “3 Idiots” while driving to office. When I mentioned, this movie is on our education system, my carpool partner replied, “Aamir is getting old”. He added, “when you start thinking about the system you are having mid age crisis and when you try to change it, you are on the verge and when you think, things can not be changed, than you ARE old”.

Being in the IT industry, I proudly asked what is the logic behind it. He smiled and questioned back, “Did you think about this when you were in college or after college ?, OR during job search or after getting a job ? OR before marriage or just after marriage ?”. I was figuring out what excuse I shall give and whom to blame for this. Moments earlier I was talking about change….

You may ask, why all this ? Good question. Here is the answer; Change comes from ones within, and if this happens, the casecading affect would change the rest on its own. Is New Year is a good time, YES. I remember this song from that movie;

Wana grow up once again….

May this new year be your another chance. Chance to do everthing that you could not do in the past, including laugh. I can help you here. Below is the Text version of the speech given by Mr Chatur in the movie 3 Idiots.

Adarniya mantraji namashkar aapne is sansthaan ko wo chees di jiski hamein sakht zaroorat thi …sstunn ..stunn hota sabi ke paas hai ..sab chupa ke rakte hai ..detaa koi nai “aapne apna stun is balatkari purush ke haat mein diya hai”ab dekiye yeh kaisa iska upyog karta hai…
